Agreement: Colourblue Ltd (trading as 'Tactical Research') agrees to provide you with training and/or consultancy during your booked dates.

Reservation of your selected package: Your course will be reserved for you, and/or your group upon receipt of your deposit. We will confirm this in the form of an invoice acknowledgment to your Group Leader.

Payment – Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% (or a pre- agreed amount) of your total course fee is required to secure your booking. Confirmation of your booking by way of deposit payment confirms you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will issue written confirmation.

Payment/Balance: The full remaining balance for your course must be paid four weeks in advance of the commencement date of the course. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that payment is received on time. A reminder will be sent, but if the funds are not forthcoming within 3 weeks of the commencement date our assumption is that you wish to cancel the course at which point our cancellation terms will apply.

Price of the package: Once booked, the price of your package is guaranteed and will be free of surcharges.

Cancellation: In the unfortunate event of your needing to cancel your course booking, we require notification of cancellation to be confirmed in writing. You will not be liable for any cancellation costs, but your deposit and any monies already paid by an individual or a member of the party will be forfeit. The same terms apply for non attendance and if the full course fee has not been paid within 3 weeks of the commencement date of the course. Your own insurance is recommended to cover such issues.

Unacceptable or unsafe behavior: We reserve the right to cease providing services to you or any members of your party if any terms and conditions or rules are broken, if wilful damage to property takes place, or if dangerous behaviour (as defined by trainers/instructors) takes place. In such cases, our contractual obligations with you and your party will cease. You will be liable for any civil or criminal actions and your booking will be treated as having been cancelled by you and be liable for any fees as in paragraph 6 ('Cancellation'). If we cease to provide our service to you because of your unacceptable behaviour, no monies will be returned under any circumstances. Colourblue Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any contractual services at any time without notice. Your safety is our utmost concern.

Passport: For training provided by third parties outside the UK, it is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party are in possession of a valid passport. We recommend you arrange your own insurance. In European Union territories, an EHIC is also recommended in case of any emergency treatments.

Complaints: In the event of any concerns or complaints, please contact a member of the Colourblue/Tactical Research team (or third-party provider) at the time of delivery. We would actively seek to resolve any issues you may have at the time. If you cannot obtain satisfaction, please write to us within 14 days of return by recorded delivery. Please be assured that any complaints received will be acted on immediately.

Force Majeure: We cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay or cancellation resulting from any of the following: War, Riots, Acts of God, Political Unrest, Threat of War or Terrorism, Industrial Disputes, Fire, Storm, Flood, Closure of Ports, Weather Conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

You Agree to Indemnify Us: You agree to indemnify and hold us and our Directors, Employees, Agents and Instructors (as applicable) harmless from and against any claim, damages, proceedings, losses and damages of every kind and nature, including solicitors’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your or your group's breach of this agreement or the terms and policies it incorporates by reference, or your or your group's violation of any laws or the rights of third parties.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time without notification.

Disclaimer: All members of your party must read our terms and conditions prior to commencement. Receipt of the deposit will be treated as confirmation that the terms and conditions have been read. The participant’s signature confirms his responsibilities whilst on Colourblue Ltd’s premises, and his obligations to Colourblue Ltd with regard to his insurance.
